Hello, it's sunny today as well ❣️
I went to Gopchang with the sisters for the end of the year!
Dark doesn't usually go to eat this kind of food, so it was better to eat it with the sisters.
It's a lot for a lot of people to go together and it's cost-effective!

I'm a regular, so I asked the boss for a lot of service!
It's much better than the Gangnam and Hongdae stores
I told you everything if the waiting time was an hour in the alley.
Recently, the tripe moved a block back and got wider, but there were still a lot of people lol

I couldn't film the inside and the atmosphere because I was so excited.
Instead, I took all the pictures of the food and brought a lot of them
It was so delicious the whole time I ate it that I couldn't stop taking pictures!
Unfortunately, I thought it would have been better if I brought the atmosphere.

Snatch soft bean curd jjigae is absolutely amazing if you take a sip after eating a lot of makchang!

I was thinking about 4 servings because I heard that I could order an even number of servings, but I was full as expected!
It's full of products and the rectum is chubby, so I think it's really good to order it as a group ❣️
Especially when I stir-fry it with green onion kimchi, it was even more delicious ㅜㅜ I really want to go there again!

I heard that the cold wave lasts until the end of February. That's why it's not easy to go out far, so I usually have dates in my neighborhood. But I went out at most, and it's a shame to go to any chain cafe. ⭐️ So while I was looking for a pretty cafe near Bangi-dong, I found out that there is a trendy place in Bangi Station, not Songridan-gil. I've always wanted to go, but this time, I had a great opportunity, so I visited the Tamanta Coffee & Bakery Cafe!

It was amazing how there was such a hidden cafe in Bangi Station, which is full of apartment complexes! It turned out that there was a main branch in Apgujeong, and this is a branch. Looking at Instagram, it was even more interesting because coffee one-day classes with foreigners were held and various events seemed to be held often. ☕️ I looked forward to it even more because it was a place where you can experience not only the atmosphere but also special experiences!

If you look at the exterior, it's more like a luxurious tuxedo store than a cafe. If you don't look inside the store and just pass by, you can see the sophisticated color that makes you think you're a real tuxedo store. The atmosphere is unique, and I even felt like Newt, the main character in the movie "Mysterious Animal Dictionary" could hear it!

I don't know anyone sitting by the window, but it was like a cafe photo shoot in itself. Not only the exterior but also the lighting from the inside was so pretty that I thought I would take a great picture from any angle. It was an atmosphere that exuded the so-called Instagram sensibility even if I took a natural picture regardless of my front and side.

I couldn't see my dog because the weather was cold, but there was an outdoor terrace so I could visit with my dog. It would be a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee with my dog on a warm day. ☕️

Inside the cafe
Such a pretty cafe is always hard to get a seat on weekends. I went there at 3 p.m., but there were few seats available, so I almost couldn't sit down.

Some tables have outlets that make them convenient for charging and car-working laptops, and there is also a group seat inside the café so it's great for gatherings. It's a versatile place thanks to its relaxed space!

On the wallpaper, there is a poster with Tamanta Coffee & Bakery's signature menu. When you're still agonizing over the checkout menu, I think it'll be much easier to choose from if you refer to this poster.

Thanks to the calm-toned furniture and interior design, it's naturally full of Pinterest sensibility no matter what you take. The atmosphere itself is cozy and sophisticated, making it a great place to take pictures.

Tamanta Coffee & Bakery

Since it's the weekend, there are a lot of people, so the bread comes out quickly. The bread here is not ready-made, but it is made by kneading and baking three times a day, so the texture is definitely different and it was even chewier. There is a bread manufacturing room inside the cafe, so you can see the baking in person, which was fun to watch.

The salt bread and bagels looked delicious, but I couldn't help but pick up the tongs because the color of the dalcroissant was so attractive. I chose them without hesitation because the shiny surface was so appetizing.

We're also selling a set of snacks, so they're perfect for upcoming Valentine's Day gifts. They're great for gifts, and they're perfect for taking out as snacks. Please refer to the images above for cakes! The Basque cheesecake and strawberry cake already feel guaranteed from the visuals, so I wanted to order them without hesitation.

For drinks, I ordered one Tamanta Einspanner, the signature menu at Tamanta Cafe, and the red tropical drink recommended by the poster. The Einspanner was made from acidic and savory beans, so you could enjoy it according to your taste. The red tropical drink is a smoothie made from ground beet, carrot, kale and coconut cream, and it was so healthy and beautiful in color.

I waited for my drink while watching the bread-making process through the window. The store was spacious, so I received a vibrating bell after ordering and was comfortable waiting in my seat.

Inside, there is a group seat for more than four people. It was also a good place for a group of people.

The sausage is long, so I'll have a meal today! It was as delicious as a hot dog, and Gugelhoff had sweet chocolate and moist bread melting down in his mouth. In particular, Dal Croissant became my favorite because it tastes crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.

The signature menu, Einspanner, wow... Usually, the cream tastes sweet and creamy, but here, the coffee has the original taste and the lightness has survived without being greasy. The balance between the soft cream and the strong coffee was perfect.

It was a place I've been visiting a lot for four years, but it became a restaurant that I couldn't eat without making reservations or waiting for a long time on the spot. As the title entails, I entered the catch table every Tuesday… I failed for a month, so I decided to go an hour before the opening and waited for the site.

There are no signboards on the outer wall of the building, so you can go up to the second floor of the “Cleantopia” building.

We, who arrived first, were able to enter and eat from 9 o'clock after the deadline of the reservation customer at 8 o'clock.

As soon as it opens at 6 o'clock, the on-site wait is waiting for notification by writing down the phone number in turn.

It was very difficult to choose because of the variety of menus, but they were all eaten once before, so I ordered famous corse, Mapa Tofu and Razji, which came out as a black and white chef's menu, and I ordered shrimp Wantang, Malatang, and flavor branches.

The owner of the store and the Manjitnam was worried about the difference in appearance and taste while ordering the menu. It was the same. I was touched.

There were eight shrimp in total, and it was a weirdly rib-flavored dumpling. The soup is really delicious if you drink it together when you eat malatang and eat it together.

️Flavored eggplants ️

Flavored eggplants are fried with dried peppers. Dried peppers and eggplants are moist and salty.

In China, it is usually called raj if you want to taste the spicy taste of the continent, but the dimming plate rajji is a little spicy. It was spicy chicken by my standards because it was so spicy.

Mapa tofu

You can choose between noodles and rice on the Mapa tofu menu. The food was lukewarm.

TIn Neflix, cheif won with Mapa tofu and Rajji, but I personally think malatang is the best in dimming. Mala Soup is the flower of Chinese food. lol

Mala Soup

I placed an order 6 times at Doguang 201, and it's the long-awaited Mala Soup that I ordered twice. It has an addictive taste like Shin Ramen, and there are a lot of ingredients, so I want to take it home. I haven't been to China, but this is what I feel in the local area. If you go to Doguang, make sure to order Mala Soup!

If you find a Chinese restaurant near the Moran Line on Line 8, I recommend cho Gwang 201 in Zhangji Station. I hope you all succeed in booking the catch table..

4년 전부터 자주 가던 곳이었는데 어느새 현장에서 예약이나 장 시간 대기 없으면 못 먹을 식당이 되었어요. 제목 그대로 매주 화요일마다 맞춰 캐치테이블에 들어갔지만… 1달 동안 실패해 큰맘 먹고 오픈 한 시간 전에 가서 현장 대기했습니다.

조광 201 대자보? 가 걸린 문 앞에서 기다리면 됩니다.
제일 첫 번째로 도착한 저희는 예약손님 마감 8시 이후 9시부터 입장 및 식사가 가능했습니다.

현장 대기는 6시 오픈하자마자 차례대로 전화번호를 적어 알림을 기다립니다.

현장 대기하면 당연히 안 좋은 점이 재료 소진 시 먹고 싶었던 음식을 못 먹는 게 슬픕니다. 동파육은 한정수량이고, 구수어를 기대했는데 재료 소진..

또한 현장에서 웨이팅해도 재료 소진과 영업 마무리로 못 먹을 수 있습니다..

메뉴가 다양해서 고르기가 매우 어려웠지만 다 한 번씩 이전에 먹어본 것들이라 블로그 글을 쓰기 위해 흑백요리사 메뉴로 나온 마파두부, 라즈지를 시켰고, 새우 완탕과 마라탕 그리고 풍미가지를 시켰습니다.

가게와 만찢남 사장님께서 유명세를 타 양과 맛이 달라졌을까 메뉴를 주문하면서 걱정했었네요. 그대로 여서- 감동받았습니다.

또한 식사도중 만찢남 사장님께서 돌아다니면서 인사해 주시고 사인 및 사진도 찍어주세요. 종이와 펜은 식당에 구비되어 있어 요청해 주시면 사인해 주십니다.

주문메뉴 - 마파두부, 라즈지, 마라탕 등

새우완탕

새우는 총 여덟 개 들어있었고 이상하게 갈비 맛이 나는 만두였습니다. 국물은 마라탕 먹고 알싸할 때 같이 마셔주면 진짜 맛있습니다.

️풍미가지 ️

풍미가지는 가지를 말린 고추와 튀긴 것입니다. 말린 고추와 가지를 같이 먹으면 촉촉 짭짤 바삭합니다.

라즈지

보통 중국에선 대륙의 매운맛을 보고 싶으면 먹는 메뉴 라즈라고 하는데 조광판 라즈지는 조금 매콤한 정도입니다. 워낙 매운걸 잘 먹어서 제 기준 매콤했던 닭고기였습니다.

마파두부

밥추가 대신 면추가 한 마파두부, 면이나 두부에 의해서?? 살짝 식은 느낌이고 다른 메뉴보단 덜 자극적이었습니다.

흑백요리사에서 마파두부와 라즈지로 승부를 봤지만 저는 개인적으로 마라탕이 조광에서 베스트인 것 같습니다. 중식의 꽃은 마라탕 아니겠습니까..ㅋㅋㅋ

‍ 마라탕 ‍

조광 201에서 총 6번 주문을 넣었는데 두 번 주문 넣은 대망의 마라탕입니다. 정말 신라면 같은 중독적인 맛으로 건더기 양도 많아서 집에 포장해 가고 싶을 정도입니다. 중국은 안 가봤지만 현지에서 느끼는 알싸함이 이런 거구나 싶을 정도입니다. 조광 가면 마라탕 꼭 시켜드세요!
